Carole Radziwill, reality icon and star of Bravo’s runaway success The Real Housewives of New York City, recently revealed that she has a vegan cookbook in the works. The former ABC News journalist and author has teamed up with boyfriend Adam Kenworthy—a personal chef specializing in vegan food—for a book of plant-based fare, with Kenworthy creating the recipes and Radziwill penning the text. The project—with no release date announced as of yet—is tentatively titled The Reluctant Vegan, a nod to the omnivorous Radziwill’s flexitarian leanings. “I’m the reluctant, he’s the vegan,” Radziwill said. “Nobody in fifty years of my life has ever gotten me to eat really healthy. And also, I just love the story—the plant-based chef meets the junk-food-eating girl.” VegNews hopes for the cookbook to succeed.
